Our click system was developed specifically for jewellery manufacturers. We produce the two outer rings. All you have to do is click the insert ring, in a precious metal such as gold or platinum, in between these sections. Please note that this cannot be done manually; you will need CNC lathe and/or a milling machine to do this. Generally speaking, we produce our rings in series ranging from 50 to 10,000 pieces.
We do not supply our products to wholesalers, shops, or private individuals.
Thanks to this unique system, you can create all sorts of unique pieces to add a special touch to your collection of rings. The rings will arrive fully polished and ready for use. All you have to do is place an insert ring in the precious metal of your choice in between the grooves and click the three parts together – a procedure that takes only a few seconds to complete. There is no risk of contamination other materials or loss of the precious metals with which you work.
We produce these rings in Belgium on CNC lathes. Thanks to this mechanical process, the quality of the final product is high and any error margin is very minute.
