Are you a manufacturer of jewellery and looking for new designs for rings that can be produced efficiently? If so, you’ve come to the right place! I founded BTS Jewels in 2001 after several years of experience in programming CNC machines. In response to a demand from several of my customers, my son Thomas and I developed a unique click system for rings.
The system is very easy to use. We produce click rings in titanium, black titanium, high-grade stainless steel, carbon and cobalt chrome, and deliver them to you, finished and polished. The only thing left for you to do is to click an insert ring, in the precious metal of your choice, in place between the outer sections. Simply click the three parts together and that’s it: the three sections of the fully finished ring are fixed solidly in place and the ring is ready for sale. The result? A unique ring in a stunning combination of different materials.
Not only will this method save you lots of time and effort; because the outer sections of the ring are delivered ready-made, there is no risk of contamination or loss of the precious metals with which you work.
Although we have a standardised range of click rings in all types of materials and sizes at our disposal, we can produce almost everything for you based on the designs you want to include in your collection.
